Date(s) and Time(s) of Project: Two day event; Saturday, August 7TH & Sunday, August 8TH, from 8 AM to 4 PM
Project Location: Located on Highway 22 near milepost 79, turn off of Highway 22 at Big Springs Sno Park
Project Scope of Work: Clearing up tops from fallen trees, falling small trees, clipping saplings and basically prepping for a future burn.

Expected Project Duration: 2 days
Anticipated Number of Volunteers Needed: 30
Meals Provided? Potluck dinner Saturday evening; provide your own lunches.
Special Equipment Needed: Bring gloves, long sleeve shirt, good work boots, long pants, personal safety equipment such as ear plugs, eye protection, hard hat, chainsaw chaps and your own tools such as loppers, chainsaw, weed-eaters. We will have water, but bring some of your own just in case we run out.
Rally Point/Campsite Location: Meet at Big Springs Sno Park at 8:00 AM Saturday, Aug 7TH . Volunteers can come up Friday night and camp either at the Big Springs Sno Park or the Maxwell Butte Trail-head Park. These are dry camp sites, so you must be self-contained.
